Daily work for concrete batching plant operator

For the operator of the concrete batching plant, the work they shall do daily is:
1.Make sure the machine and around condition is clean.
2.To clear the concrete left in the weighting hopper, make sure the weighting scale is on zero position.
3.To check the grease on each lubrication point is enough, and the oild in the oil-water separator is enough.
4.To check the if motors and electric components are over-heat, unusual noise; indictor and signal system are working normally
5.To check cylinders, butterfly valves and magnetic vales are open and close well.
6.To clear the concrete mixer and discharge hopper every 4 hour work, to avoice the concrete left, in case of concrete solid and affect normal working.
7.To clear the water left in the air compressor, air tank and filler per shift, and debug the problems.
For the belt conveyor:
1.Empty work shall be done every day before working, to clear the odds, mud and etc material left on the belt, to fasten the bolts, adjust the belt if find the belts are deviated.
2.Oil of the rollers shall be changed regularly.
3.To add grease for bearings of the concrete batching plant per week.
4.To check the swipes is touch together with the belt conveyor, make the dust is cleaned well.

The follows maintenance works are most importance.
1.Check the seal parts, pipes are sealed well, check the lubrication pump is adequate.
2.The inside mixing blades and shafs must be cleaned per shift, to clear with high-pressure water gun, if cannot be cleaned, assign people inside to cleaned with hammer.
3.The bolts inside the concrete mixer must be tightened per week, in case of blades broken.
