Oil system maintenance of a concrete batching plant

    Oil system is one of the most important parts for a concrete batching plant, important attention shall be paid for the maintenance as follows.
    1. When operate the pneumatic devices, please check the oil drop amount of the air lubricator, whether the color of the oil is normal, that is to say, there should not have dust and water in the oil;
    2. Please add the oil to the air lubricator once a week, and pay attention to the reduce situation of the lubricate oil. If the oil consumption is too small, please change the oil drop amount;
    3. If the oil amount is still small and do not drop after the adjustment, please check and make sure whether the import and export of oil mist sprayer in the Commodity concrete mixing plant is loaded or the pipeline is blocked.
