concrete batching machine

    Run automatically, the batching machine aggregate surge bin discharge, all the aggregate weighing display to zero.
    Cause analysis:

    1, the aggregate weighing hopper discharge not closed or not is the door shut in place
Solution: if this is the electromagnetic directional valve is not reversing, need to replace the solenoid valve.If it is a cylinder gas leakage, need to consider the repair or replacement cylinder.
    2, aggregate weighing hopper discharge door closed, but cylinder magnetic switch is bad cannot be closed;Magnetic switch is not in the correct position;Magnetic switch to PLC circuit breakers or bad connection.

    Solution: check the position of the magnetic switch and its wiring is correct.
