The simple HZS35 Automatic Concrete Batching Plant is a whole set concrete mixing equipment which is made up of aggregate supply system, aggregate batching system, aggregate mixing system and electric pneumatic system. This type plant are mainly suit for small and medium-size construction engineer projects, preformed factory and commercial concrete production plant.

HZS35 automatic concrete batching plant’s main mixer and aggregate elevator are equipped JS750 twin shaft forced concrete mixer. The aggregate batching part are equipped with PLD1200 concrete batching machine, use loaders to load aggregate and use electronic scale to measuring. The cement is stored in the cement silos which is transmitted by the screw conveyor machine. The water is stored by water bin and reservoir, and the water pump charged for provide water, measured by water scale. Liquid admixture is stored in admixture bins, after fully stirred, the admixture is conveyed by anti-corrosive pump flow into the admixture scale measuring.

In the whole process of aggregate beaching and mixing are all controlled by automatic electronic control system. Concrete batching plant’s control system can store multiple different concrete proportion by customer’s needs at any time.
