As the rapidly development of concrete batching plant industry, according to the different product needs and the different manufacturing technology, we can classify the concrete batching plant into force type and gravity type.
The difference of this two types are as following!
1.At present, the common used mixer is forced type concrete mixer. And the forced type concrete mixer can be divided into single-shaft forced concrete mixer and twin-shaft forced concrete mixer.
2.The capacity of forced concrete mixer is more than gravity concrete mixer. Gravity type concrete mixer is mainly composed of frame, supporting wheel, mixing drum, crankshaft, handle, motor and so on. The mixing drum is composed of cone, cylinder and U pipe.
3.Distinguish between gravity concrete mixer and forced concrete mixer:
For gravity concrete mixer, it haven’t the mixer blades inner, depend on the mixer drum’s rolling to create power. But for forced concrete mixer, it have mixing blades inner, when the mixing drum horizontal rolling, and the blades will raise the aggregate to a certain height, then falling freely, after that the aggregate will be fully mixed.
4.The gravity concrete mixer is suitable for plastic concrete and low liquid concrete. The forced type concrete mixer is more efficiently than gravity concrete mixer, so it is suitable for mixing dry hard concrete and lightweight aggregate concrete, it can also be mixed with liquid concrete.
5.The concrete drum and the blades of gravity concrete mixer have low wear characteristic, easy to cleaning, the disadvantages is have high power low efficient. But for forced concrete mixer, it have high quality, fast mixing speed, high production efficiency, easy to operation and secure.
