Air supply system winter maintenance instructions of concrete batching plant

 

(a) Condensate discharge:

 

The condensate discharge involves the entire pneumatic system, from air compressors, gas tanks, piping systems, air filters and automatic drains. At the end of the job, condensate should be drained off at various locations to prevent nighttime temperatures below zero, causing condensate to freeze. As the temperature in the pipeline decreases during the night, condensate water will be further precipitated. Therefore, the condensate should be discharged before the daily operation of the pneumatic device. Pay attention to see if the automatic drain device is working properly and there should be no excess water in the cup.

 

(b), check the lubricant:

 

1. When the pneumatic device is running, it is necessary to check whether the oil drip quantity meets the requirements and whether the oil color is normal, that is, the oil should not be mixed with dust and moisture;

 

2, The lubricator is best oiled once a week: Pay attention to reduce the amount of oil. If the fuel consumption is too small, the amount of oil drip should be readjusted; if the adjusted oil quantity is still small or does not drip, check whether the inlet and outlet of the lubricator is reversed and whether the pipeline is clogged. To find out if the amount of lubricating oil contained is appropriate, the method is to put a clean white paper near the exhaust port of the reversing valve. After the valve has worked for three to four cycles, if the white paper has only a light spot It shows that the lubrication is good and the oil mist content is suitable.

 

(c) Maintenance of concrete batching plant air compressors:

 

1. Check the leak to see if there is a leak;

 

2. Is the motor triangle belt loose and aging?

 

3, Pay special attention to the supplementation of the oil in the crankcase of the air compressor. The oil must not be lower than the lower limit of the oil sight glass, and add or replace the oil that meets the viscosity in winter according to the nameplate of the air compressor.
