JS series double horizontal compulsory concrete mixers, that is, we often say that engineering concrete mixer, it is called engineering concrete mixer is because: JS series double horizontal compulsory concrete mixers mainly used for HZS series concrete batching plants. This series compulsory concrete mixer is made up of feeding, mixing, discharging, water supply, electrical and other components.

Periodic inspection projects mainly including:
Check the roll field machine brake of concrete mixers, and make appropriate adjustments; check the concrete mixer water pump, throttle valve, look at whether having leaking phenomenon of these parts; check exposed gear, and adjust tightness of concrete mixer belt, in order to avoid belt slipping.
In addition, also including: check regularly wearing condition of blade and lining plate, and replace, fastening bolt and nut of concrete mixers each parts; check the limit switch are whether sensitive and breakage, and repair or replace according to the circumstances.
Periodic checks to JS series double horizontal compulsory concrete mixers, not only to facilitate concrete mixer using, but also more effectively extend the JS series twin-shaft forced type concrete mixer life.
