（6）When there is a blockage, you should take the following methods remove
① Repeats reverse pumps and pump running, gradually returns the concrete to hopper, pumping again after mixing.
② Use a mallet knocking and other methods to identify blocking parts, after concrete clicked loosing, repeats the reverse pump and pump operation to exclude the blocking.
③ When the above two methods are ineffective, should be open blocking parts after concrete pressure relief, pumping again after removing blockage.
(7) Pumping concrete should use ready-mix concrete, also can install concrete batching plant to supply pumping concrete at the site, but not pumping manual mixing concrete. Strictly control the supply concrete, notice the slump changes at any time, does not allow the failure meet the requirements of pumping concrete into the pump, and ensure concrete pump effective work.
(8)  Concrete pump hopper should be set on screen, and have person monitoring feeding to avoid the diameter too large of aggregate or f foreign matter into to block.
(9) During pumping, concrete in hopper can’t low the mixer shaft to avoid air into pump line to cause pipeline shaking.
(10) When concrete pumping process needs to interrupt, broken time should not be more than 1h. And every 5~10min proceed reverse pump and pump operation, to prevent the pipeline due to bleeding of concrete or slump loss excessive to block.
(11) After finishing pumping, you should carefully clean the hopper and pipeline systems. If the residue concrete of concrete cylinder doesn’t clear, it will solidify on the cylinder wall, when the piston runs second, the piston seal will bear directly on the cured concrete impact of cylinder wall, and lead to push piston partial flaking. This kind of damage is different from normal wear of the piston seal, sealing surface cannot be self compensation under pressure, resulting in the leakage of mixture or empty, and caused pumping weakness, block, and so on.
(12) When poor concrete pumpability or concrete bleeding, segregation to difficult to pumping, immediately study the mix proportion, concrete pump, piping and pumping technology, and take the appropriate measures to deal with.
