Raw Material (Cement) in concrete batching plant

a. Common cement includes:
Portland cement, ordinary portland cement, slag cement, pozzolana Portland cement and fly ash cement

b. Setting time of cement
Initial setting time shall not be earlier than 45min, final setting time not later than 10h.
Portland cement final setting time is not later than 6.5h.

c. How to choose cement
According to cement characteristics, requiring early strength concrete works, should use portland cement or portland cement concrete works on the general machine, should use slag cement.

d. Precautions for use of cement
1) Cement entering factory needs to be checked and then accept, there must be factory certificate or admission test report.
2) Storage time is too long or wet cement can be used to go through trials. Starting at the date of manufacture of cement, more than three months should be considered expired cement.
3) Different varieties of cement can not be mixed. Cement of the same species, a different level of intensity gap is too long or the date of manufacture of cement can not be mixed. 
Concrete batching plant is strict to cement, because only good cement can mixing good concrete for construction site.
