Concrete Mixer Inspection Items

Concrete mixer should be checked before each use project:
1.Inspection of aircraft is stable.
2, leaves and stir blade support arm connecting bolts are secure.
3.Feeding rack connecting bolts are tightened.
4 pumps diversion whether to add a little piping is smooth.
5, should be checked after each use of the concrete mixer project:
6 clean mixing tube inside and outside the discharge door, fouling on the hopper, and rinse well with water.
7, hopper park and brake pin inserted in the transport position, no debris in the hopper.
8, cut off the power supply, to locked electrical control box.
9, where appropriate, filling the lubrication points the necessary lubricant (grease).
10, the storage in the water supply system should be fully drained.
Should check concrete mixer week project:
1, check the wire rope wear and shows that coating a little lubricant, wire rope wear to a certain extent, should be replaced.
2, check the gearbox oil surface, oil pump oil, check lubricating parts, filling oil to the the hopper wheel bearings and roller bearings.
3, Water supply device should be kept clean to prevent blockage of the suction valve checks cleaned once.
4, check the trip switch rocker is loose, if loose should be the necessary adjustments.
5, check the blade connecting bolts, support arm connecting bolts are loose discretion to adjust the clearance of the blades and cylinder walls largest gap 5mm and make the necessary tightening.
