Lubrication of Concrete Mixers

As the core equipment of concrete mixing plant, concrete mixers have many types, generally divided into compulsory concrete mixer, drum concrete mixer. Concrete mixer is the machine which is made of cement, sand and gravel aggregate and water and mixing to concrete mixture, in order to guarantee machine reliability, and reduce wear and tear of the machine parts and power loss, lubrication of all kinds of concrete mixers in a timely manner, in particular hydraulic concrete mixer. Its lubrication should be in accordance with the following instructions:
1. Concrete mixer gearbox gears and bearings is the use of gear rotation and put oil splashing into the inside wall, into the bearing lubrication. Gearbox oil level should be maintained at rulers of oil between the two lines. Oil level is too high or too low both can lead to elevated temperatures or poor lubrication, and increase machine power loss and adverse. New machines using the first 150 hours and 300 hours need to respectively change engine oil, so as to exclude the test is not completely washed the dirt. During the work, should always check the oil level high enough should be filled in a timely manner.
2. The need to adjust exposed parts and rotation parts should always be oil. But the brake parts must not tarnish the grease and water, so as not to affect the braking effect.
3. The lubrication of the motor should be according to motor specification.
