1. Concrete mixer:
The heart of a concrete batching plant is the concrete mixer.
Customers can choose the scale and grade of the concrete batching plant as well as appropriate host machine according to their capital amount.

JS series double-horizontal-shaft forced type mixer can apply to dry, semihard and plastic concrete, and it can meet the needs of different working conditions. It has the following features: Reasonable structure, good quality of mixing concrete, fast, lower energy consumption, low noise, etc.
2. Control System:
The control system adopts a kind of control model, I. e. "upper monitor+PLC+batch instructment", which is composed of such units as upper monitor (A monitor and a printer), batch instrument, programmable logic controller, electrical controller, manipulation platform, and TV supervisory system.
The whole system of concrete batching plant utilizes its two control types, i. e. PLC control mode and upper monitor. One realizes the automation and intelligence during such a process from dosing and weighting, mixing and discharging. It can improve the batching accuracy, the quality and output of products as well as cost saving.
Software design employs the modular structure, consisting of manufacturing module, parameter assignment, management of formula, material, customer, transport, vehicle project and various of statistical forms, etc. It is characterized by interface-friendly, easy operation, powerful function, etc.
