JS series force concrete mixer is the most important concrete mixing device, and is a kind of engineering concrete mixer. Because of JS series twin-shaft compulsory concrete mixers are mainly used in concrete mixing plant, so, once concrete mixers has any accident, it will affect the entire concrete mixing plant operation, so the JS series twin-shaft forced type concrete mixer maintenance checks is particular important.
Weekly maintenance projects of JS series force concrete mixer mainly are: check concrete mixer wire rope, and smudge little butter in its surface, after wire rope wear to a certain degree, should be replaced; check the oil surface of concrete mixer reducer box, concentrated pump oil volume, if necessary, raise replaced oil; concrete mixer water system should be kept clean, so as not to blocking, check and clean the suction valve; check concrete mixer travel switch shake arm is loose, if has loose, make the necessary  adjustment ; Check the concrete mixer blade, arm attachment bolts were loose, adjust the gap between blade and cylinder wall, the largest gap of JS500 twin shaft compulsory concrete mixer is 5mm, if it is too big, need to tighten.
The daily check and periodic inspection to all types concrete mixer are necessary. The user should not relax for best use.
