Devices in concrete mixing plant

1. Air switch: as protection for the motor & circuit overcurrent, overload and short circuit.

2. Contactor: its line package after receiving the control level command pull, it brought the contacts are closed , turn the motor circuit , the motor connect and power work.

3. Sensor : Includes weighing sensors and stroke sensors, whose role is to measure the weight of the material and device operating position.

4. Signal amplifier : the weak signal from the preamp mV to V level signal to easy the microcontroller processing.

6. Voltmeter and ammeter : Indicates controlling the AC voltage and the host operating current.

7. 24V DC power: supply the main control loop power.

8. Solenoid valve: also known as solenoid valve, pushing the cylinder piston movement by changing the direction of the high-pressure gas .

9. Cylinder: by the movement of the piston, make the mechanical action. For example ,switch of discharging door.

10. Screw conveyor: to convey powdery material from the bottom up through the spiral to the specifed location.

11. Air arch: When cement silo cement arch up, don’t fall down, by blowing high-pressure gas to break junction arch, cement fall.
