Structural Features of Screw Conveyor

Reducer: adopt dedicated reducer of screw conveyors, advanced and reasonable design, adopt heavy type design, small size, light weight, high torque, low noise, no leakage, long life, and is equipped with a thrust structure, in order to ensure the application of steep angled conveying, front-end seals use the patent structure, ensure last sealing.
3. Diversified connection methods: inlet and outlet use multiple connection methods, and can use universal ball connection, flange joining, bag lifting form.
4. Outer tube: using special high quality structure steel pipe, good whole steel, no dust leakage, safe and reliable.
5. Efficient transport: adopt new type middle hang bearing bracket to increases material transport space and reduce logistics resistance. Coupled with the use of high speed design, ensure smooth, rapid and uniform transmission of materials.
6. Use once forming blades, welded to the center pipe, ensuring dynamic balance, in particular, the use of variable-pitch design, reducing the compressed level of material handling process, especially suitable for medium and long distance transportation of powdered materials such as concrete.
