The main issues of the concrete mixing plant air system

Concrete mixing station air system:
The air compressor is the main gas supply in the gas system in a very important role. Therefore, use the following aspects of work to do.
1 Precautions:
(1), the air compressor should be horizontal, fixed, well-ventilated.
(2), can not withstand the wind and rain, nor exposure in the sun.
(3), adjust the upper and lower limits of the automatic air pressure switch, pressure is too low will cause the cylinder moves slow, too high pressure air system seals adverse.
(4) Check the oil, the oil level, and maintain the oil level on the dipstick off the assembly line, the oil surface close off the assembly line, add new oil;
(5), check belt tension, and finger pressure belt, the belt is appropriate; subsidence 10MM replacement conveyor belt should be replaced, in order to maintain a degree of tension consistent.
2, Note: the operation of the work, the operator should always observe the working pressure of the air compressor, must not exceed the rated value. Check for oil spills, air leaks, and any abnormal sound, if the abnormality is found, should immediately stop check.
3,Concrete mixing station air system maintenance:
(1), the timely discharge of the condensate, after the shutdown, open the drain valve of the gas tank below, tipped over the condensate.
(2), regular replacement of oil, is generally based on the air compressor running time, each running 1000 hours or four months, replaced with new oil.
(3), regular cleaning of air filter, filter dirty air into the compressor cylinder dust too much, to speed up the cylinder and piston ring wear, and easy to form carbon deposits affect the valve sealing ; so serious that it caused cylinder blowby, resulting in the contamination of the lubricating oil, affecting the lubricating effect; channeling gas, will produce oil phenomenon, the cylinder wall and piston ring gap is too large, contaminated lubricant fleeing into the compression indoor and formation of oil mist, thereby polluting the compressed air. (Paper filter cleaning with compressed air from the inside out blowing; fill the sponge filter, air-dried detergent)
