Brief Introduction for Concrete Batching Plant HZS35

Hzs35 is formed by aggregate batcher, concrete mixer, weighting system, control system(electrical control parts of concrete mixing equipment), it is suitable for small and medium-sized building projects, pre-casting factory and commercial concrete plant. 
HZS35 concrete mixing plant, the concrete mixer and aggregate supply is using JS750 twin shaft concrete mixer. Aggregate batcher is   PLD1200 type, loader for the aggregate, electronic scales measurement; cement storage by cement silo, screw conveyor transportation, cement scales measuring; water from the tank and reservoir storage, water pump, water scales measuring. Stir liquid admixture storage tanks from corrosion pump into the admixtures scales measured. All the progress is finished by automatic control system. The control system can store multiple different concrete configurations for the users.
The concrete batching plant is with simple structure, easy installation, advanced system configuration measurement and control system using imported components, high operational reliability.
