The cycle times various on different products andmold configuration. Manual handling system on pallet feeding and take off could result in slower cycle time.
The block making machine frame consists of a welded construction using sectional steel to ensure optimum rigidity and accessibility.
The vibration table mountings are fully machined to ensure correct vertical directional amplitude.
The tamper and mould carriages are guided by 2 columns, accurately mounted on each side of the main frame in machined housings to allow for close tolerance synthetic bearings and cleaning rings.
The base coarse mix and face mix hopper (optional) and feed boxes are mounted in sub frames, which is vertically adjustable for different product heights. After adjustment by means of a mechanical clamping, this frame is bolted to the main frame.
The feed boxes are located self-supporting within the system and are driven, fast and precise, by means of hydraulic cylinders.
The feed boxes are equipped with fixed rod assemblies for agitating concrete in to the mold. At the front wall of the feedbox a sweeper is fitted for removal of over-fill.
The tamper head movement is arranged by means of a centrally located hydraulic operated cylinder with a special hydraulic control. The lifting and lowering speed can be adjusted to suit the different products and production speeds.
The vibration system of theblock making machine is equipped with our standard frequency controlled vibration system which is creating a uniform vertical vibration.
All movements, time functions, positioning aims and vibrating parameters can be adjusted as variables in easy and safe manner via operator panel.
Memorizing of those variables is arranged by the operator panel as well.
